How to make Grilled Corn Salad with Feta Cheese
Preparations
- Heat a grill pan or cast-iron skillet over medium heat on the stovetop. Lightly grease it with oil. Cook the corn turning occasionally for 8-10 minutes until char marks appear on them. Remove and set it aside for 5 minutes to cool down.
- With the help of a sharp knife cut the corn kernels off the cob. Keep it aside.
Making the grilled corn salad
- Combine all the salad ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Combine the salad dressing ingredients in another bowl. Whisk it well.
- Add the prepared dressing to the salad bowl and combine it well. Taste & adjust the seasoning. Add more salt, lemon juice & pepper as per taste.
- Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour to let the flavors blend together. It tastes best when served chilled.

- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

- 2 tablespoon honey
