This time Mango salsa was on my to-do list. The recipe is similar to my Fresh corn salsa recipe. This is one of the best Mexican salsa recipes with Fresh Mangoes. Everyone in our family loved it.

In this recipe, to enhance the flavors I have added black pepper powder, cumin powder, jalapeno, etc. Also, included some red bell peppers & English cucumber to add color and crunch to the salsa.

How to make Fresh Mango salsa with step by step photos
Preparations
Chop the mangoes, bell peppers, red onions, jalapenos, cucumber & cilantro leaves.
Making the salsa
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Taste & adjust the seasoning (add more salt, lemon juice & pepper, if required).
- Let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Tastes best when served chilled.
Expert tips
- Choose the mangoes that are ripe & firm. Overripe mangoes may turn out to be soggy soon while making the salsa.
- Do not use fibrous mangoes for making salsa.
- Always taste the mangoes before adding any ingredient to it. If it tastes slightly sour then skip adding lime juice to it. Or add lime juice as per taste.
- You can skip adding jalapenos to cut down the spiciness.
