Mango mastani recipe with step by step photos and video recipe. Mango is my favorite fruit 🙂 & I like everything made with it whether it is Mango milkshake, Mango ice cream or Homemade Mango jam.

When I saw this recipe, first time on YouTube, I wanted to give it a try. This recipe is an adaptation from Hebbars Kitchen.
Mango Mastani is Pune’s popular mango milkshake that is served with ice cream and lots of dry fruits that make it a rich beverage.
Basically, it is a combination of thick mango milkshake, ice creams, and dry fruits.
Mango mastani is easy to make and it tastes delicious. In this recipe, I did not add tutti frutti to it but mango mastani that is served in shops includes tutti frutti in it.

Ingredients
- 2 cup ripened mangoes chopped
- 1 cup chilled full cream milk
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 scoop mango ice cream
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 mango (chopped in small pieces)
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 scoop mango ice cream
- 1 tsp chopped cashew
- 1 tsp chopped almonds
- 1 tsp chopped pistachios
Instructions
To make mango milkshake
- Wash, peel and chop the mangoes.
- Transfer the chopped mangoes in a blender jar.
- Now add chilled full cream milk, vanilla ice cream, mango ice cream, and sugar.
- Blend it to a thick smooth & creamy milkshake.
To serve the mango mastani
- To serve, add chopped mangoes and mango ice cream to the base.
- Pour the prepared milkshake over it.
- Top it up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Garnish with chopped cashew, almonds, chopped mangoes, chopped pistachios & glazed cherry.
- Mango Mastani is ready. Serve immediately!

Notes
- Use good quality ripened mangoes that have fewer fibers.
- Add sugar as per taste. Also, taste mangoes first and then add sugar accordingly.
- Mango mastani served in shops has tutti frutti in it. Add 1-2 tsp of tutti frutti to it.
- If you want your milkshake to be thin consistency, increase the quantity of milk or decrease the quantity of milk for a thick milkshake. Tastes best when served chill.
How to make Mango Mastani recipe with step by step photos:
