Ingredients

basmati rice
uncooked
¼

spring onions
¼

cabbage

capsicum

carrot

teaspoon
vinegar

teaspoon
chili garlic sauce

teaspoon
soya sauce
Instructions
Preparations to be done
Wash and soak 1 cup basmati rice in water for at least 30 minutes.
Boil 4 cups of water and add salt and 2 teaspoon oil in it. Once it comes to a boil add the drained rice.
Cook the rice till it is just done and let it cool down completely.
Chop the vegetables - Spring onions, cabbage, capsicum, carrot, french beans, onions, ginger, garlic, and green chili.
Keep all the sauces, black pepper powder, and salt nearby.
Making the fried rice
Heat 2 teaspoon of oil in a wok/pan. Add chopped ginger & garlic. SAute it for a minute.
Now to this, add spring onions whites and green chili. Saute for 2 minutes.
Put all the chopped vegetables. Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder.
Cook until vegetables are half done. They should not be completely cooked. The vegetables should have a crunch in them.
Next, add the cooked rice. Over the rice add chili garlic sauce, soya sauce, and vinegar.
Fry it for 2 minutes. Finally, add some spring onion greens and mix.
Switch off the flame. Veg fried rice is ready. Serve it hot and Enjoy!

Cook on high flame for making veg fried rice recipe.
Vegetables should not be completely cooked they should have a slight crunch in them.
