Notes
Always use a microwave-safe mug to make this cake.
Place a microwave-safe plate under the mug to help keep the microwave clean.
Use a fork to mix all the ingredients.
While mixing milk, add milk little by little & mix. Make sure there are no lumps formed in the batter.
Adding coffee powder is optional but coffee & chocolate are a beautiful combination.
You can also bake it on convection mode at 180 degrees C in the preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes.
Every microwave is different; the timings may vary with your mug cake.
Instead of using a dark chocolate compound, you can use milk chocolate too. Or use chocolate chips.
