Ingredients
2cupswhipping creamchilled, sweet
1tin condensed milkchilled
1teaspoonvanilla essence.
Instructions
For making the Ice cream base
Keep the whipping cream and condensed milk in the freezer for 1 hour.
Making the ice cream base
In a mixing bowl take whipping cream. It is better if it has some ice granules in it. It will whip faster.
Whip it until it is double in size and forms soft peaks.
Add condensed milk and vanilla essence.
Again whip it until stiff peaks forms.
Ice cream base is ready. You can make any flavors from it.

Chill the ice cream base in the freezer for 7 hours and your plain vanilla ice cream is ready.
The whipped cream and condensed milk that I used has sugar in it. So, I didn't add sugar in it. But if you want to add sugar, you can add it according to your taste.
