2chicken breasts(boneless & skinless)

For chicken kababs marinade - In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, garlic, ground black pepper, paprika, oregano, thyme, cumin, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Cut the onion and bell peppers in cubes. Transfer it to a mixing bowl. Add salt, pepper, oregano, lemon juice and olive oil. Combine, cover and keep it in the refrigerator.
Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
Making Grilled Mediterranean Chicken kebabs
Thread the chicken and veggies alternately onto a skewer. Keep it aside on a plate.
Heat a grill pan over medium high heat. Grease the pan lightly with oil.
Once the pan is hot enough, place the chicken skewers on it.
Grill it, rotating the skewers on the pan with tongs until char marks appear on them. It will take almost 8-10 minutes to cook them. Or the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 °F, it is ready.

Marinating the chicken - It will help to keep the chicken moist during grilling. Also, it helps to enhance the flavor. Marinate the chicken for 2 hours. Keep it covered in the refrigerator.
