2tablespoonground coriander
1tablespoonroasted ground cumin
½teaspoonground turmeric
1teaspoonground black pepper
½teaspoonground red chili
½teaspoonground cinnamon
½teaspoonground cardamom
2teaspoonginger powder or ground ginger
Instructions
In a clean dry bowl, combine the ground coriander powder, cumin, turmeric, black pepper, red chili powder, cinnamon, cardamom and ginger. Mix them well until evenly blended.
Store it in an airtight container in the freezer. Stays good for 6 months.
