Ingredients
For Fruit Cream
1Cup- Mixed FruitsI used Apple, Banana & Pomegranate.
3tablespoon- Whipped Cream
3tablespoon- Hung Curd/Greek Yogurt
1teaspoon- Vanilla essenceoptional
For Fruit Cream Trifle:
4tablespoon- Chocolate Sponge Cake crumbled
2-3teaspoon- Sugar Syrup or fruit juice
4tablespoon- Fruit Cream
4tablespoon- Whipped Cream
For Strawberry flavored fruit trifle
2tablespoonStrawberry Syrup
4tablespoon- Chocolate Sponge Cakecrumbled
2-3teaspoon- Sugar Syrup or fruit juice
4tablespoon- Fruit Cream
4tablespoon- Whipped Cream
Instructions
a) Preparation for making Fruit Cream
Take Fresh Curd and hung it in a muslin cloth for 30 minutes to one hour. Once the water drain off it is ready to use.
Whip the heavy cream till soft peaks. Refrigerate to use it later.
Chop the fruits and keep them ready. You can use any seasonal fruits. Here, I have taken Apple, Bananas & Pomegranate.
b) Making Fruit Cream
Take Mixed fruits in a bowl.
Add Whipped Cream. Mix it.
Add Hung Curd and Mix it well.
Fruit Cream is ready. If you want you can add Vanilla Essence to it. Add it now.
c) Making Fruit Trifle with fruit cream:
Put crumbled Chocolate Cake Sponge in the glass. Drizzle some sugar syrup or fruit juice over the cake sponge.
Put prepared Fruit Cream on it.
Add a layer of Pomegranate Arils.
Drizzle some Strawberry Syrup over it.
Add Whipped Cream on the top.
Garnish it with Strawberry, dry fruits & Pomegranate arils. Fruit Trifle is ready. Cover it with aluminum foil. Refrigerate for an hour & serve chilled.
d) Recipe for Strawberry flavored Fruit Cream Trifle
Take the prepared Fruit Cream. Add Strawberry Syrup & Mix it. It gives Fruit Cream a nice pink color and adds strawberry flavor to the recipe. It also adds a tangy flavor to the fruit cream. Strawberry Flavored Fruit Cream is ready.
Put Cake Sponge in a Glass. Drizzle some sugar syrup or fruit juice over the cake sponge.
Put some Strawberry flavored Fruit Cream on it.
Add Whipped Cream.
Garnish it with Strawberry & Dry Fruits.
Strawberry flavored Fruit Cream Trifle is ready. Cover it with aluminum foil. Refrigerate for an hour & serve chilled.

Notes
1. Add some milk to your fruit cream if you find it thicker. 2. Use Sugar syrup if you don't have strawberry syrup. Or even you can use Rose Sharbat instead of Strawberry Syrup in it. 3. Do not use Sour curd for the recipe. Use Fresh curd. Hung it in a muslin cloth to drain off extra water for an hour then use it. 4. Add Vanilla essence to the fruit cream to give it Vanilla flavor. 5. You can add any seasonal fresh fruits of your choice.
